1, Send a Booking Request
Please select your preferred date and time from the calendar below and submit the Booking Request Form.
Immediately after submission, you will receive an email titled “Booking Request Received.”
Please note: Your reservation is not yet confirmed at this stage..

2, Receive a Confirmation Email
Within 72 hours, you will receive a “Booking Confirmation” email.

3, Photoshoot and Payment
On the day of the photoshoot, we will meet at the designated location or at your hotel lobby.
Payment is kindly requested in cash at the end of the session.

4, Photo Delivery
Your photos will be delivered online approximately 2–4 weeks after the shoot.
We will send you an email with a download link to access your images.

4, 撮影データのお届け
撮影から約 2〜4週間後 に、インターネット経由での納品となります。
ダウンロード可能なURLをメールにてお送りいたします。

1, PHOTO PLAN — $300.00-
( Family, Maternity, Honeymoon, Graduation, etc. )

・Includes a 45–60 minute photoshoot at the location of your choice.
・Guaranteed minimum of 30 fully edited digital images.
・Delivery within approximately 2–4 weeks via online download.

2, PRE-WEDDING PHOTO — $500.00-
( Pre-Wedding, Engagement, or Post-Wedding — excluding ceremonies )

・Includes a 60−90 minute photoshoot at the location of your choice.
・Guaranteed minimum of 50 fully edited digital images.
・Delivery within approximately 2–4 weeks via online download.

Notes:
・Transportation services are not included. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the shoot location.
・During peak season (October to February), delivery may take up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your understanding.
・There is also an option to add a second location. Please select the “Additional Location” option in the booking request form. Additional locations are subject to availability.

・ご希望の撮影地（例：ご宿泊ホテル前のビーチなど）にて、45〜60分程度の撮影を行います。
・最低30枚以上の丁寧にレタッチされたデータを納品いたします。
・データは撮影日から約2～4週間以内にオンラインにてお届けいたします。

2. ウェディングフォトプラン — $500.00- ※ドレスで撮影
（前撮り・後撮り・フォトウェディングなど／挙式撮影は除く）

・ご希望の撮影地にて、約60〜90分の撮影を行います。
・最低50枚以上の丁寧にレタッチされたデータを納品いたします。
・データは撮影日から約2～4週間以内にオンラインにてお届けいたします。

ご案内
・当プランには送迎サービスは含まれておりません。移動車のご手配はお客様にてお願いいたします。
・10月～2月の繁忙期には、納品まで約4週間かかる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
・追加のロケーションをご希望の場合は、予約フォームにて「追加ロケーション」をご選択ください。追加ロケーションは空き状況によりご利用いただけない場合がございます。

Q1,Where do recommend shooting location? 

→The sandy beach in front of hotels facing Tumon Bay is a beautiful location for photos (some exceptions apply — please contact us for details).

Other popular locations include:
・Around Tumon: Ypao Beach Park, Asan Beach Park
・For Sunset: Alpan Beach, Gun Beach, sandy beaches in front of hotels facing Tumon Bay (exceptions may apply).

Q2, Do you rent wedding costumes and accessories?
→We do not provide costumes such as wedding dresses or tuxedos. Please prepare and bring your own.

Q3, What happens if it rains on the shooting day?
→
・Before the session begins:
If severe weather (such as heavy rain) makes shooting difficult, cancellation is accepted. Alternatively, we may postpone or reschedule if both parties can adjust schedules.

・If it rains during the session:
Outdoor shooting will be paused, and we will continue indoors at your hotel. The agreed number of edited images will still be delivered.

Q4,Do you provide hair and makeup?
→Hair and makeup services can be arranged upon request, depending on stylist availability.
An additional fee will apply. Please inquire when submitting your booking request form.

Q5,Can I bring small children for a wedding photo session?
→Absolutely — children are very welcome.
※ If you would like couple-only shots of the bride and groom, please arrange an escort so children are supervised at all times.

Q6,Is there a limit on the number of people for family photos?
→There is no specific limit. Even for large families (e.g., 15 people), the session plan remains the same:
・45–60 minutes of shooting
・30 edited images delivered

Q1,おすすめの撮影場所はありますか？
→タモン湾に面したホテル前の砂浜は、とても美しく撮影に適したロケーションです。※一部例外がございますので、詳細はお問い合わせください。

その他の人気ロケーション：
・タモン周辺：イパオビーチパーク、アサンビーチパーク
・サンセット：アルパンビーチ、ガンビーチ、タモン湾に面したホテル前の砂浜（※例外あり）

Q2,衣装や小物のレンタルはありますか？
→ウェディングドレスやタキシードなどの衣装は取り扱っておりません。お客様ご自身でご用意をお願いいたします。

Q3,撮影当日に雨が降った場合は？
→
・撮影開始前の場合
大雨など悪天候のため撮影が困難と判断された場合は、キャンセルいただけます。
または、双方のスケジュール調整が可能な場合に限り、延期・日時変更も承ります。

・撮影中に雨が降った場合
屋外撮影を中断し、ご宿泊ホテル館内などで撮影を続行いたします。
納品枚数は規定通りお届けいたします。

Q4,ヘアメイクのサービスはありますか？
→ご希望に応じて、ヘアメイクの手配が可能です。
ただし、スタイリストのスケジュールによるため、対応できない場合もございます。
料金は別途頂戴いたしますので、予約依頼フォーム送信時にお問い合わせください。

Q5,ウェディングフォトに小さな子どもを連れて行っても大丈夫ですか？
→もちろん大歓迎です。ぜひお子様と一緒にご参加ください。
※新郎新婦お二人だけのお写真をご希望の場合は、必ずお子様を見守る付き添いの方をご手配ください。

Q6,家族写真の人数制限はありますか？
→人数制限はございません。大家族（例：15名様）の場合でもプラン内容は変わりません。

We do not charge cancellation fees, provided the reservation is canceled by mutual agreement within a reasonable timeframe and no significant resources have already been invested in preparing for the appointment.

ご予約は、双方の合意のもとで適切な時期にキャンセルされた場合、また当方が既に大きな準備などを行っていない場合に限り、キャンセル料はいただいておりません。
キャンセルをご希望の場合は必ず事前にお知らせくださいませ。
