Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to all clients.

Reservations & Booking
A booking is confirmed after you receive the “Booking Confirmation” email from us.

Cancellations
We value flexibility and do not typically charge cancellation fees. In rare cases where cancellations cause significant impact (such as special arrangements, travel, or resource commitments), a fee may apply. Any such fee will always be discussed with you beforehand.

Fees & Pricing
Prices may change, but once your booking is confirmed, your fee will not change.

Use of Images
With your consent, we may share photos on our website or social media.

Equipment Issues
If equipment fails, we will refund your payment. No further claims can be made.

Data Storage Period
Data is stored for about 3 months after delivery, after which it may be deleted without notice. Please back up your files.

Session Day
In case of illness or emergencies, we may reschedule or refund.

Liability During Sessions
You are responsible for your safety and belongings during the session.

Pregnancy Photography
We cannot be responsible for health issues during or after maternity sessions.

Image Style & Deliverables
We use natural light, so results vary by weather and time of day.

Copyright & Portrait Rights
Copyright belongs to J&K Photography. Your portrait rights belong to you. Contact us for commercial use.

J&K Photography をご利用いただきありがとうございます。当店はお客様に最高のサービスと想い出に残る写真をご提供できるよう努めています。本規約はご予約・サービスのご利用にあたり適用されるものであり、ご予約をもって以下の利用規約に同意いただいたものとみなされます。

同意の範囲
本規約は、J&K Photography(以下「当方」)とお客様との間に適用されます

ご予約について
「予約依頼フォーム」をご送信いただき、当方からの「ご予約確定」メールを受信した時点で予約が確定します。

キャンセルについて
通常キャンセル料はいただきません。ただし、特別な準備や出張など当方に大きな影響がある場合にはキャンセル料をお 願いすることがあります。その際は必ず事前にご相談いたします。

料金について
料金は変更される場合がありますが、ご予約確定時の料金は変更されません。

写真の使用について
お客様の同意をいただいた場合、当社ウェブサイトやSNSで撮影した写真を使用させていただくことがあります。

機材トラブルについて
万一機材の不具合で撮影ができなかった場合、料金を返金いたします。それ以上の補償はできません。

データ保存について
データは納品後およそ3か月間保管いたしますが、それ以降は予告なく削除される場合があります。必ずご自身でバックア ップをお願いいたします。

撮影当日について
体調不良や事故など不測の事態が発生した場合、撮影を延期または返金対応いたします。

安全管理について
撮影中の安全や持ち物の管理はお客様ご自身の責任となります。

マタニティ撮影について
マタニティ撮影における体調不良については責任を負いかねます。

写真の仕上がりについて
自然光を利用した撮影のため、天候や環境により仕上がりは異なります。

著作権・肖像権について
著作権は J&K Photography に帰属し、肖像権はお客様に帰属します。商用利用をご希望の場合は別途ご相談ください。
